Important Payment Notice:

Please note that we no longer wire seller proceeds to 3rd party sellers. We will only send proceeds to the title company.

Due to the Good Funds Law and current banking practices, we can accept:

  • Personal checks up to $500.00
  • Cashier's checks up to $5,000.00
  • Wired funds for any amount over $5,000.00
